We have a number of CNC controlled machines within turning and drilling/milling as well as several manually controlled machines.

All items are milled, drilled and turned by our skilled employees who have many years of experience in the industry. This ensures that we can handle everything from the easy and light subjects to the most complex tasks.
Our factories are set up on the basis that all tasks must be carried out optimally in terms of quality, efficiency and delivery.
Quality is paramount, and every item undergoes ongoing internal control and is checked by agreement based on the customer's wishes.
At Ravnsgaard Metal, we offer processing items such as single-piece orders or smaller series. Where high demands are made on even the smallest tolerances, we are also ready to solve the task.

3D MEASUREMENT
We offer workpiece processing up to 12 tons and with CNC processing up to 6 meters.
In our 3D measurement center we can offer geometric measurement of all plastic and metal items. A measurement that can go down to 1/1000 mm accuracy with great precision - read more about 3D measurement here.
We are a strong supplier to the machine and manufacturing industry, where we produce in small and medium-sized series. A stable supplier – also for urgent tasks.
